Sales & Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of our Marketing & Sales team. You will be responsible for executing strategies to ensure revenue attainment and growth of products. You will have the opportunity to network with prestigious clients, work in a motivated team environment and creative Sales and Marketing strategies.

Your main duties will be as follows:

    • Interact directly with customers to market products and services
    • Assist in the development of pricing, product and market strategies
    • Assist in defining Go-to-Market roadmap / milestones
    • Represent ROCKIT at networking events & shows
    • Maintain professional standards in customer relationships and Marketing
    • Participate in daily training sessions and marketing campaign meetings
    • Contribute to a positive and energetic environment that fosters creativity and growth
    • Provide Sales vs. Projection results by preparing and forwarding Sales tracking reports
    • Provide product and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information
    • Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries
    • Maintain customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
    • Prepare sales presentations by compiling data, and developing presentation formats and materials
    • Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
    • Submit ideas for experimental Marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand

Profile

Qualification and experiences

    • High school diploma
    • College degree preferred
    • 2+ years experience working in Sales and Marketing
    • Experience in videogame industry
    • On-the-job training provided

Integration Engineer

As integration engineer, you will be part of the development team at DACS LABS. Your responsibility is to work close with our business partners to integrate our product in their infrastructure.

Your main duties will be as follows:

    • Develop and evolve our user interfaces (front-end and back-end)
    • On-site support for our leads & customers to set up the ROCKIT environment on client and server side
    • Evolve together with our core development team customer-oriented solutions
    • Represent us and participate in international conferences and meetings with our partners and customers

Profile

Qualification and experiences

    • University degree or similar experience in computer science, physics, mathematics
    • UX design / programming (React, Typescript, Electron, CSS)
    • Programming and scripting experienced in C/C++, C#, Javascript
    • Experienced in cloud-computing (Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful API, Node.js,)
    • React-Native is a plus
    • Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Knowledge and competences

    • Solid understanding of perforce concepts and good practices, specifically with integration workflows
    • Good communication skills
    • Experience with large scale game engines is preferred
    • Great debugging skills
    • Ability to diagnose and provide creative solutions to problems

QA Manager

The QA Manager is developing and leading a QA/Analytics team. He is responsible for overseeing a wide range of tests to ensure the software meets our partner expectations, which includes the following: setting and aligning on test scope and objectives, monitoring test coverage and evaluating the overall quality of targeted test items. This position serves as the organizational expert in software testing, the voice of quality for an assigned feature, area or project.

The QA Manager is playing a vital role in ensuring testing practices or processes are up-to-date, accurate and forward thinking. You are also responsible for delivering defined testing procedures, conducting documentation reviews, delivering software testing expertise and answering queries from stakeholders.

 

Your main duties will be as follows:

    • Work closely with Project Managers and developers to help define and deliver the quality verification test strategy.
    • Become the Subject Matter Expert for the area being analyzed. Be the central contact person for multiple the assigned area/project.
    • Review database issues and consider the level of severity and publish/respond to issues where required while working closely with the Project Manager.
    • Collaborate with peers and senior individual contributors to identify efficiency opportunities and success rate, supported by available data. Look for innovative new data tracking in order to support further transformation of QA testing practices.
    • Leverage real user analytics to drive improved test strategies that focus on improving key features and user paths.
    • Define and implement measures to systematically learn and improve
    • Maintain QA documentation (wiki) •
    • Work together with third parties to develop customer oriented solutions
    • Do QA Testing & Game Analytics

Profile

Qualification and experiences

    • High school diploma
    • Bachelor's degree, ideally related to Operations, Engineering, Maths.
    • 2+ years of experience working in application QA
    • Proven background and prior experience in a project management or operational role within the videogames industry
    • Fluent in Excel. Basic SQL knowledge.
    • Project management to balance different needs based on changing priorities
    • Fluent in English / German (optional)
